Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can order as a guest, but creating an account offers perks like faster checkout, easy access to order status and history, and exclusive updates on new releases and promotions.

Where do you ship, and what are the shipping times?
Currently, we ship only within the USA. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping. Please note that shipping times may be longer during high-demand periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $40. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. For some carriers, tracking information may take up to 5 days to update.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is processed or shipped, changes cannot be made. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Why does my tracking say “No information available”?
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking details to appear. If you still don’t see updates after this time, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
What’s your refund policy?
We offer a full refund or replacement for products that arrive damaged or defective. Simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll provide further instructions.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Are there cases where a refund is not available?
Refunds are not issued if:
- Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- A refund request is made after 15 days of the delivery guarantee period (30 days) has expired.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, if processing has started, the order cannot be canceled.
